These Shoes were made for……artist in us all!
I love these shoes! These were a Christmas present from my husband (after sending him many links to online stores!). They are a limited edition clog from Dansko. Dansko shoes are the only shoes I can stand in all day. I have tried other shoes but these are the best. These are felted and appropriately named Confetti. Good job on the name Dansko!
I had to share these. I get so many comments when I wear them out of the house. My kids and husband are used to it and nothing phases them. Sorta like when my husband came home from school the other day, I said “I know I look like a dork.” Of course his response was “how is this different than any other day?” I was wearing my normal Fred Babb t-shirt, with capri jeans, black Dansko clogs and purple tie dye socks. Yeah, that’s a visual! My feet had got cold while I was working so I put on my fave socks! Immediately took me to dorkdom. My daughter stopped by with the baby and I told her I know I looked like a dork. She told me it was OK. The baby was mismatched too!
But then she and I were going to college together and were in the same art classes. She had seen worse! But then so have I! Have a fantastic non-dork day!

ooh! I like those! I wonder if they have an earthy confetti style? I need a good standing shoe for shows. All my days of retail hurt my feet, so now that I don’t stand as much, my footsies really hurt after a show. ouch!

I think everyone should have a pair of Dansko Clogs! Plain Black to go with everything. They are an investment. I have about 5 pairs. My studio pair looked so bad I painted them purple. Now they look really bad beacause the paint cracked and I tend to twist the toe of my shoes on the ground while I’m on the computer.
These would definitely help with your foot pain.
FYI-they make sandals too! I sound like salesperson for Dansko.

They are great shoes I write about danskos a lot on my blog http://www.nextstepshoes.net/blog/. If your an artist you might enjoy this. A lot of folks after their danskos are ready for the glue factory like to paint them and do cool grafics. The latigo leather works the best. Some of the big department stores carry limited edition painted danskos, but I’m a graphic artist and why buy what you can make better. Happy shoe wearing alyssa
